If you are a season professional investor, a seller of a single family home, or a first time home buyer I cannot recommend David Ormonde highly enough! In addition to being a homeowner, I am a professional real estate investor and David is without question the most knowledgeable, most professional, and most dependable person I have ever had the privilege being served by. David had to work through numerous complexities on our home and was always there to research and based on that research offer a host of plausible solutions which enables a successful closing. I am 100% certain that any other Realtor would not have had the depth of knowledge to help my wife and I navigate through to a closing in which every party benefited greatly from David's excellence. David was always forthright with challenges, a man of true integrity, and was always driven to make certain our best interests were always in the forefront. In closing, David is creative, professional, honest, hardworking, diligent and will never stop seeking the best for those he serves. This is the third time that we sold our house in Tracy with David. The reason why we keep coming back to David is because he makes the transition so easy. He is so knowledgeable (required codes and regulations), and he has contacts with Tracy's contractors and businesses who need to perform the work. He gets the job done!

Lucky, David knew just the right angles to approach the situation and we were able to get into a home within just a few weeks of putting in an offer.
